Refund & Cancellation Policy

TGY Homes provides real estate brokerage and listing-related services. This policy explains how fees, deposits, and cancellations are handled in general. Specific contracts may include additional terms.

1. Nature of our service

Browsing listings on tgyhomes.com is free. Professional fees may apply when a sale, rental, or agreed brokerage service is completed, according to a separate written agreement or local practice.

2. Inquiry and listing forms

Submitting an inquiry or listing request does not by itself create a paid obligation. If any optional paid marketing package is offered in the future, terms will be stated clearly before payment.

3. Brokerage commissions and third-party payments

Commissions, reservation deposits, or payments made to owners, developers, or other parties follow the contract signed for that transaction. Refunds of those amounts are governed by that contract and applicable Philippine law — not solely by this website policy.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a listing request or withdraw an inquiry, contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet been started, we will close the request. If promotional or third-party costs were already authorized in writing, those costs may be non-refundable.

5. Errors and disputes

If you believe a fee was charged in error, contact us within 7 days with details. We will review in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under Philippine consumer or civil law.
