You can apply for:
- Contract of Lease (임대차 계약서)
- Deed of Absolute Sale (매매계약서)
- Letter of Intent
- Special Power of Attorney
- Earnest money / rent & deposit receipts
- Lease notice, move-in / move-out inspection
How it works / 이용 방법:
- Choose the form and fill in the parties, property, price or rent, and signing city.
- Send ₱300 to GCash 09369128055. Enter the reference number.
- Keep the request code (example: TGYDOC-26-XXXXXX).
- After TGY Homes confirms the deposit, print or save PDF for 14 days with the code only.
- After 14 days, text 0936 912 8055 and ask admin to open print again.
The printed paper follows Philippine long-bond style (8.5" × 13"): WITNESSETH, numbered clauses, signature lines, witnesses, and Acknowledgment for the notary.
