If you request additional services, such as repairs or cleaning, the scope and price are discussed beforehand and the work proceeds with your agreement. We aim to help you find reasonably priced options. Taxes, government charges, registration expenses, and legal costs associated with a transaction are considered separately from brokerage service fees.
